    FAQs

Are your products authentic or fake?

We sell only 100% genuine and authentic products. We only deal with trusted vendors and suppliers who purchase from the direct manufacturer or distributor. We inspect every product for quality and have a strict policy against counterfeit goods and stand 100% behind the products we sell. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the item you purchased due to these concerns, please contact our Customer Care team for an immediate remedy.

Why are your prices lower compared to the department stores?

We aim to be your trusted source for fragrances and beauty. We offer competitive prices on thousands of popular branded fragrances and beauty products. Our buyers negotiate for the best deals so that we can pass along the huge savings to our customers.

Why do you sell samples and miniatures that says, "Not for Sale"?

We sell large election of fragrance sample vials and miniature collectibles. Department stores may offer these samples or miniatures as freebies or gifts with purchase; however, we do not get these for free. We purchase these items from our suppliers due to high demands from our customers. These sample and miniature sizes are a great way to test a fragrance before you invest in a larger size. These sample and miniature sizes are also great for travel.

    Are your products genuine?

All products sold by us are guaranteed to be 100% genuine, unused and fresh. By utilizing alternative sourcing methods, we purchase new and popular products, in addition to products that are hard-to-find and discontinued. Neither the manufacturer nor Noblemart alter the product or packaging or removes or alters any UPC codes or serial numbers.

We inspect each item for authenticity and quality and will not ship anything that we feel has been compromised or does not meet our strict quality control process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund/exchange your purchase as long as it meets the criteria of our return policy.

    Do you ship internationally?

No, at this moment we do not ship outside the USA.

    Do you ship to APO/FPO?

No, at this moment we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Why do some fragrances seem to last much longer than others?

People with dry skin usually find their fragrance holding time shorter than those with oily skin because oily skin has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance.

PH levels (amount of acidity in our skin) also varies slightly from person to person. Our individual levels of PH will determine how each ingredient in a fragrance will react.

How can I make my scent last longer?

Fragrance lasts longer on some people than on others because of differences in our skin (oily or dry) and in our PH levels. To achieve a longer effect, try layering your fragrance. Using the fragrance bath gel, (if the company offers one), then the moisturizer or powder, and then the Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne, will usually have a longer lasting effect.

Also, apply your fragrance low on the body, as well as behind your ears and on your neck, so that the scent rises and you won't lose it as quick.

    Why does fragrance contain alcohol?

Alcohol makes the fragrance emanate from your skin. Without alcohol, you would be the only person who knew you were wearing any fragrance at all.

    What are the Fragrance Abbreviations?

    • EDT: Eau de Toilette
    • EDP: Eau de Parfum
    • EDC: Eau De Cologne
    • C/S: Cologne Spray
    • A/S: After-Shave
    • S/G: Shower Gel
    • B/L: Body Lotion

What is the difference between Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum?

Perfume is composed of natural or synthetic fragrant oil extracts diluted in water and high-grade alcohol. The composition of these oil extracts determines the concentration or "strength" of the fragrance and the lasting power of the scent. Below are the different fragrance levels:
Eau de Cologne – least concentrated (fragrance lasts up to 1 hour)
Eau de Toilette – concentrated (fragrance lasts up to 2 hours)
Eau de Parfum – concentrated (fragrance lasts up to 3-4 hours)
Perfume or Parfum Classic – most concentrated (fragrance lasts up to 5-6 hours)

Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave& Deodorants has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last and the less you need to apply.

    What is a tester?

Testers are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Testers contain the same original fragrance and are used by department stores to help promote a particular fragrance. Testers are made by the manufacturer and sometimes come in a plain box, and sometimes without the fancy cap or box. Because there is no decorative packaging, we can purchase these items for less and pass the savings on to you.

    What does "unboxed" mean?

Unboxed items are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Sometimes the outer box gets damaged in transit, so it is removed. Unboxed items always contain the same original fragrance as the boxed versions. They are the best way to save. Boxes can become damaged while shipped or handled, or the bottles can be scratched so we can purchase them for less and pass the savings on to you. If the UPC codes or any other tracking codes are missing, altered or defaced from any product box or bottle, it was not done by the manufacturer and occurred in the supply chain after it left the manufacturer.

What do fragrance notes refer to?

Fragrances are comprised of many different scents; these scents are called "notes."

Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.

How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?

Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to ensure a longer shelf life.

My fragrance has been discontinued. How do you still have it in stock?

We stock thousands of fragrances, and many of these have been discontinued. We buy our inventories of hard to find or discontinued fragrances & store them in our temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse.
